How do I change my passcode for the Voltage SecureMail Mobile app?

For security purposes, Voltage Security recommends that you reset your app passcode periodically. Depending on the mobile policy for your organization, you may be required to reset your passcode at regular intervals.

To change your Voltage SecureMail Mobile app passcode:

  1. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Passcode.
  2. Change passcode screen

  3. Enter your current passcode, then tap OK.
  4. Enter your new passcode and tap OK.
  5. Re-enter your new passcode and tap OK.
