How do I report an issue?

If you notice an issue or bug in the Voltage SecureMail Mobile app, you can assist with debugging by sending the log files.

To report an issue:

  1. Tap the V icon, then tap Support.
  2. Tap the Good Work icon. An email that includes the log files as attachments is created in that email application, with the required email address, subject line, and information about the device pre-populated.
  3. Enter your request in the message body.
  4. Tap the Send icon.

Note: This message is not secure and will not be sent encrypted. It is recommended that you do not include secure or protected information.
