To forward a message:
The mobile policy for your organization or the organization from which you received a secure message determines whether you can forward the message after you decrypt it and whether you can add or delete recipients.
For security purposes, the mobile policy for your organization may restrict secure mail recipients or may require that you include at least one recipient from specific domains. For compliance purposes, the mobile policy for your organization may require that you automatically receive a copy of all messages you send from a mobile device.
If the mobile policy of your organization permits it, you can forward secure messages to recipients outside your organization who do not have Voltage SecureMail or the SecureMail Mobile app installed. Recipients of secure messages who do not have Voltage SecureMail or the SecureMail Mobile app installed can open and read the secure message using the Voltage Zero Download Messenger in a browser.
