How do I change my password for the Voltage SecureMail Mobile app?

To change your Voltage SecureMail Mobile app password:

  1. Tap the V icon, then tap Passcode.
  2. Enter your old password and new password.
  3. Re-enter your new password and tap OK.

For security purposes, Voltage Security recommends that you reset your app password periodically. Depending on the mobile policy for your organization, you may be required to reset your password at regular intervals.
