Requirements:

Software Quality Assurance Lead Engineer

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
- Extensive experience testing or developing Microsoft Windows applications that have been successfully deployed in production by a significant number of customers
- Solid knowledge of Windows, its workings and applications, shell applications and plug-ins

QA Skills

- Responsible for creating and executing on integration and interoperability testing strategies
- Create new test suites to assure the quality of new functionality
- Execute regression test suites
- Develop automation of tests within defined standards and guidelines
- Perform internationalization and localization testing
- Review product documentation
- Be responsible for thoroughly reviewing product requirements and technical specifications
- Contribute to the further creation of QA standards and processes

Product Manager
As Product Manager, you will be part of a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.
You must be able to define and prioritize product requirements based on market analyses, customer input, as well as input from different parts of the organization. In addition to defining and managing a detailed product roadmap and development plan for several software modules, you must ensure that those systems meet and exceed key metrics including revenue generation, development cost and schedule, scalability and business functionality.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. For example, you will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements, and you will work with Product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, including working with the sales, channel and key customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Product Marketing) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Analyzing in-bound potential partner relationships
- Conducting competitive analysis
- Communications with industry analysts, including the positioning of Voltage technologies within the broader infrastructure software market
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 years of experience in software product management

Senior Sales Engineer (SecureData Specialist)
Voltage Security, Inc, a leading Security software company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who will be responsible for providing high-class pre-sales support at customer sites, trade shows and conferences. This role also involves managing and running complex Proof-of-Concepts.
Candidates must be able to write code in order to successfully execute POCs. Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for customer success, a must-win and can-do attitude and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Specifically a successful candidate will thrive in circumstances that require quick thinking, coming up with out-of-the-box creative solutions and not be deterred by a dynamic environment. Candidate must have at least 5 years in roles that require direct customer interaction.
This position requires about 50% travel within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to new and existing customers of all sizes (SMB, F-100,etc.)
- Execute successful POCs (includes writing code if necessary)
- Liaise with Executive technical teams from CTO to Development and Operations during sales engagements
- Present Voltage Product information using your excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Provide feedback internally to enhance the product, processes and knowledge including authoring papers and creating technical materials as needed
